How to tell us something on the site is wrong, what we do about it, and a log of every correction we make.
How to report an error
Tell us the page, what is wrong and, if you can, a source that shows the right information. Send it to: [email protected].
If you are an accountancy firm and the error is about your firm, see how to correct your profile. Information that comes from Companies House has to be corrected at Companies House.
How we check and fix it
- We check the claim against the source we used and against any source you send.
- If we got it wrong, we fix the page and change its date.
- We add the correction to the log below.
- If we decide the page was right, we tell you why.
We aim to reply within 10 working days. Spelling and layout fixes that do not change what a page says are not logged.
